Field Scheduling

The SBAA field scheduler is Corryn Anderson.  She will be working hard in March and April to get the game and practice schedules ready for the entire association, that includes all in-house and traveling.  Be assured she will get them to us as soon as she has each phase complete so there is no need to ask for them.  We will email them out as soon as they are done!  They may come out in phases with a couple weeks done at a time.  This should not be a big deal for the in-house parents.  Everyone knows what days of the week their age group plays so knowing which are game and practice nights is not a big deal.  We are planning for the 2023 season to start the week of April 15th with practices/scrimages and then games will be the week of May 1 (6U may be earlier).

The 13U and older age group will be on a different schedule set up because they play in different leagues.

Any coaches wanting to set up more practices than you are regularly scheduled for should contact Corryn to see what fields are open for you.  Please wait to ask for extra practice time until she has the first schedules out.

Equipment/Uniform Handout for the 2024 Season will be TBD 5pm-8pm!

Coaches for in-house baseball  will be able to pick up their equipment bag and uniforms on Monday, April TBD from 5pm-8pm.  We will not open the doors for you to come in any earlier than 5pm nor will we be able to give anything out earlier than April TBD.  We have coaches try to come earlier every year to try to get a certain color uniform set and we will not be letting anyone in this year before our planned time of 5pm.  We will need the time right up until 5pm to get everything ready so we are organized when you get in.

Equipment/uniform handout will be at TBD.  If you are not able to make it that night then please have someone from your team come.

Plan for the season to start the week of April 15th, depending on the condition of the fields.  It would be a good idea if you set up a team meeting during the week of April 8th so you can share information before your first practice.   You could have these meetings at one of the Park Pavilions or MAXX's has a back meeting room you can schedule with them, or you could even just meet at the parking lot of a field.
